Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fee. Attendees must make their own hotel reservations. To accommodate the large conference attendees, we've made special room rates available at the host facility.
The group rate of £179 per night is available for peak conference days of Monday 8 October through Tuesday 9 October.

If you have registered for the conference and then can't attend, you may substitute another person from your department. The substitute must submit a registration form at the same time as your written cancellation request. Send cancellation requests to the email address listed on the registration form.
