ATTIRE & WEATHER:
Business-casual attire is appropriate for all daytime and evening conference functions. As always, meeting rooms can be chilly so please be prepared with a jacket or sweater. Some evening events may be held outdoors, so pack for a range of temperatures.

Hotel & Travel
HOTEL PRICING:
Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fee. Attendees must make their own hotel reservations. To accommodate the large conference attendance, we've made special room rates of $224 per night available at the Gaylord Texan.
Book/modify/cancel your hotel reservation online
To book your reservation by phone, call the Gaylord Texan toll-free 866-782-7897, and provide the group name "ONESOURCE" to receive the special room rate.
We are aware that the hotel is currently booked. You still have the option to call and be put on the wait list at the Gaylord Texan.
We have secured a small block of rooms at the Embassy Suites, Group code is SNG. 50 rooms are available by calling the hotel directly. You must call the hotel by October 26th to reserve your room.
The group rate is $200 plus 12% tax and includes comp transfers from the DFW Airport. You need to call by Friday, October 26th and reference Thomson Reuters, SYNERGY and the group code to get the special rate. The hotel is about ¼ mile from the Gaylord.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have registered for the conference and then can't attend, you may substitute another person from your department. The substitute must submit a registration form at the same time as the written cancellation request. Send cancellation requests to the fax number or mailing address listed on the registration form. You cannot cancel a registration via the website.

Registration includes attendee/guest information and session registration. Do not close your browser until you have completed the entire registration process. If you have any questions, please email taxaccounting.synergy@thomsonreuters.com.
To ensure a smooth registration, please follow the steps below.
- Plan your session agenda. Review the conference sessions and select your personal conference schedule prior to registration. There are over 400 sessions, so choose your sessions first for a faster registration process. Some sessions fill quickly. Be sure to register early so you don't miss out!
- Complete personal information. Click your attendee type to begin. You will complete attendee information and then create a password.
- Review and pay. Check your Registration Summary page to ensure accuracy. You can pay by credit card or through your customer account number. Please have payment information ready.
- Enroll in your sessions. Select the sessions you would like to attend. If a session is unavailable, it will not appear on the list.
