PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

 

The closest CityRail underground train station is the historic St. James Station, which connects with the interstate rail and services downtown Sydney and its suburbs. It is an approximately five-minute walk from the hotel.

 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

 

From Western Sydney

 

  • After crossing the Anzac Bridge on the Western Distributor, follow signs for City South (Bathurst Street).
  • Continue onto Bathurst Street and cross through six intersections until you meet Hyde Park.
  • Turn left onto Elizabeth Street. The hotel is located 300 metres ahead on your left.
    Approximately 45 minutes/24 kilometres

 

From Bondi Beach

 

  • Leaving the beach, take signs for the city.
  • Continue along Oxford Street for 5 kilometres until Hyde Park appears on the right, then turn right onto Elizabeth Street.
  • The hotel is located 600 metres ahead on your left.
    Approximately 30 minutes/8 kilometres

 

From Sydney Airport

 

  • Departing the airport, follow signs for the city. 
  • Continue along Southern Cross Drive for 5.5 kilometres.
  • Enter the Eastern Distributor Tunnel (toll applicable) and continue a further 3 kilometres, bearing left for the William Street exit. 
  • Turn left onto William Street and continue along for 700 metres, driving past Hyde Park, then turn right onto Elizabeth Street. 
  • The hotel is located 200 metres ahead on your left.
    Approximately 25 minutes/11 kilometres

 

From Sydney Harbour Bridge

 

  • Cross Sydney Harbour Bridge on the Bradfield Highway (city lanes, not Cahill Expressway).
  • Remain in the left-hand lane for the York Street exit, then turn left onto Grosvenor Street.
  • Proceed down Grosvenor Street, turning right onto George Street at the bottom.
  • Continue along George Street for one kilometre. With the Queen Victoria Building on your right-hand side, continue driving to Bathurst Street and then turn left onto Park Street.
  • Follow to the third intersection and turn left onto Elizabeth Street.
  • The hotel is located 600 metres ahead on your left.
    Approximately 10 minutes/5 kilometres

To ensure a smooth registration, please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Plan Your Session Agenda. Review the conference sessions and select your personal conference schedule prior to registration. There are over 200 sessions, so choose your sessions first for a faster registration process. Some sessions fill quickly. Be sure to register early so you don't miss out!
  2. Complete personal information. Click your attendee type to begin. You will complete both attendee and guest information.
  3. Enroll in your sessions. Select the sessions you would like to attend. If a session is unavailable it will not appear on the list.
  4. Review and Pay. Check your Registration Summary page to ensure accuracy. You can pay by check, credit card, or through your customer account number. Please have payment information ready.

2010 USER CONFERENCE RECAP

 

On November 1-4, over 1,200 key influencers in corporate and trust tax joined Thomson Reuters employees in Washington, D.C. for the largest and most successful ONESOURCE Users' Conference to date. With over 400 sessions, attendees were given insight into the latest global industry regulations, standards, and cutting edge technology.

Once your firm signs an agreement as a sponsor, you will be referred to the sponsor coordinator, Meghan Bell-Mattice. She will coordinate all registration, session selections, and exhibit needs. She will also act as liaison between the track managers and the sponsors regarding sponsor presentation topics and schedules.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

 

The deadline for sponsorship commitment is July 31, 2011. The sponsorship fee will be billed upon receipt of the commitment letter and is required prior to registering individual complimentary conference attendees.
